OVERVIEW

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Inside sales rep

RESPONSIBILITIIES

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Report work progress to the manager regularly.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Keep in touch with existing customers, Understand customer needs and requirements. Answer customers’ questions with professional suggestion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Excellent phone presence and experience.
  • Must be proficient at operating Microsoft Office Suite of software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent ability to write and communicate your ideas clearly and in a proficient manner.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug test.

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE (not required)

  • Experience with SAP ERP software preferred.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of HVAC.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Building is preferred

Pay Rate

  • Base plus commission.
